Consultiva Strategies is an independent advisory practice specialising in governance, institutional strategy and high-level decision support.
The firm’s methodology was developed and stress-tested through a preparatory period beginning in 2024, during which its founder provided non-remunerated advisory support to organisations operating in complex political, institutional and humanitarian environments across Europe and the MENA region. The practice was formally established in late 2025 and registered as a French Société par Actions Simplifiée (SAS) in 2026.
Consultiva was founded to address a recurring gap: organisations operating under transition, political pressure or resource constraint often lack access to disciplined, independent and context-sensitive advisory support.

For mandates requiring specific technical depth — including specialised legal frameworks, regional analysis or digital sovereignty implementation — the firm engages a structured network of independent senior experts on a mandate-specific basis.
All collaborators are selected for professional excellence and strict adherence to the firm’s ethical framework. Their engagement is disclosed to clients where relevant, and all work produced under the firm’s name is subject to the same quality controls as core advisory output.

The Paris base facilitates engagement with international bodies, diplomatic missions and regional actors while preserving the independence required for sensitive mandates.
While our core expertise lies in these regions, Consultiva remains open to engagements in other international contexts where the mandate meets the firm’s criteria.

Consultiva Strategies is legally established as a French Société par Actions Simplifiée (SAS), registered in Paris. This structure ensures clear accountability and adherence to the legal and professional standards expected in high-level institutional work.
Operating from a French legal base provides transparency, data sovereignty and institutional legitimacy for international clients and partners. All work is conducted in compliance with French and European professional standards, including data protection regulations (RGPD) and confidentiality obligations.
