How the network works for your mandate
No single practice holds the full range of expertise that complex institutional work can require. We therefore maintain a network of independent senior professionals and specialists, engaged on a mandate-specific basis.
01
Selected for the mandate
Experts are selected for the expertise, context and language a mandate requires, not according to who is available.
02
One standard of confidentiality
Every expert is bound by the same confidentiality obligations as the practice, under a written agreement signed before any information is shared.
03
One point of accountability
The practice remains accountable to you for the quality and method of the deliverable, whichever experts contribute to it.
Mandate experts
Independent experts engaged as required
Alongside its strategic partners, the practice engages independent senior professionals, each on a defined assignment under a written agreement. Their names are not published on this site; they are introduced to the client when their involvement in a mandate is proposed.
The network is intended to be selective rather than large.
Selection criteria
- Substantive expertise and demonstrated experience in the relevant field
- quality of delivery
- professional independence
- command of the institutional and operational context in which a mandate is carried out
